Founded in 1999 by Tali Mastboim, CBS has been built and developed to help you achieve visible, measurable results, recognizing a pressing need across industries for flawless project execution.

Tali Mastboim founded CBS in 1999 assisting companies to improve significantly improve their business results. Prior to establishing CBS, he gained international executive experience in the USA, Europe, India and Israel as the VP Projects at Throughput Technologies USA, as VP Sales of Unix Interactive, as CEO of Liad Systems Ltd. and as SVP Implementations at Creative Output Inc. USA. Mr. Mastboim served for 6 years as an active partner in the Goldratt Institute. Mr. Mastboim holds a BSc from the Technion Institute, Haifa.

Mr. Kadosh joined CBS to help companies improve their bottom line by cutting project cycle time and dramatically increasing throughput. Prior to joining CBS in 2006, Mr. Kadosh served in management positions in a variety of hi-tech companies. He served as VP R&D and Projects at Trivnet and Global Commerce Zone and as Head of Software and Algorithms Development at Advanced Recognition Technologies, during which he registered several patents and received the Israeli Prime Minister’s Software Award. Since joining CBS, Mr. Kadosh led successful deployments in companies such as Amdocs, Verint, Time to Know, Sigma Designs and more. Arie holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master's degree with excellence from the Tel Aviv University.
